# LaundryOS: full product facts LaundryOS is a tablet point of sale and back office for laundries and dry cleaners in Sri Lanka. Count by piece or weigh in kg, and the price follows your price list. - Print the tag and the receipt: A small Bluetooth printer makes a QR sticker for the customer’s wash bag. The customer gets a receipt in their language. - Wash, press and scan: Scan the tag when the clothes are ready. The order moves to ready and the customer gets a text message. - Hand it back: No slip needed. The phone number finds the order and the tag confirms the bag. LaundryOS is laundry POS and management software for laundries and dry cleaners in Sri Lanka, made by Starloge. It runs on a tablet and covers orders, QR tags, customer SMS, payments, inventory, expenses, reports, staff and branches. ### Who makes LaundryOS? LaundryOS prices by weight band or per item, so it fits wash-and-fold laundries and dry cleaners that charge per garment. ### I run the laundry as a second business. Can I check it when I am not there? Yes. LaundryOS keeps your data in the cloud, so the owner can sign in on a tablet from home or the office and see today’s orders, payments and late work for every branch, while staff run the counter. ### Do I need a computer? No. LaundryOS runs on a tablet at the counter. No desktop or laptop is needed. ### Which printers do I need? LaundryOS uses a Bluetooth bill printer for receipts and a separate Bluetooth QR-sticker printer for bag tags. A card device is optional; some tablets can read cards on their own. ### What if a customer loses the receipt? With LaundryOS nothing is lost.
